INTERPIPE Steel is the first plant built "from scratch" since Ukraine's independence and the largest electro smelting complex of its kind in Europe and the CIS. It is located in the city of Dnepropetrovsk, on the left bank of the Dnieper River. The company provides regular excursions to the INTERPIPE Steel.
During the tour, visitors can learn:
- how was made the only in Ukraine cable line of 330 kilowatt, how was it installed underground, under the Samara River and under the railway without stopping the movement of trains;
- how are the world's best engineers working to create the largest electro smelting complex;
- what made the enterprise environmentally friendly and marking the beginning of the area of "green industry.
Excursions are provided for groups of people up to 20 people, Monday to Saturday, three times a day. Excursion duration is about 1.5-2 hours. Excursions are free of charge. The main purpose of the tour is creating a positive image for the company.
