On November 6, 2003 a modern clothes factory "Polstar" was created on the basis of the collective enterprise "Kryvyi Rih clothes factory "Start" by the foreign investor the Austrian company "Polaris GmbH". The strategy of the company is aimed at successful development of product manufacturing and selling.
"High quality, rhythmic work" – here is the company slogan. The main investor of the company "Polstar" the Austrian firm "Polaris GmbH" not only invests money, provides with the latest high-tech European equipment, creates extra workplaces, but also believes in the company's future, the prospects of its growth and development.Currently "Polstar" is one of the largest factories of light industry in Ukraine. Due to installation of new automatic and semi-automatic product lines, high qualification of the personnel the company managed to improve ready-made products quality, workforce productivity and to increase the output up to 145000 units per month.
The company is constantly improving sewing technologies, enlarging the range of garment due to styling and manufacturing of new models.
Over 800 people work at the company. They are cutters, technologists, designers, seamstresses and pressers constantly improving their skills and the quality of production.
The enterprise produces women's pants, man's trousers, skirts, demi-season men's and women's clothing.
